Sonic & Knuckles was a band based out of St. Joel's Catholic High School in Northern Ontario, Canada.

Originally consisting of Scott Pilgrim (guitar) and Lisa Miller (bass), the band added Kim Pine when they learned she could play the drums.

They played one "Lunchapalooza" gig at their school but broke up when Scott moved to Toronto.

The band's history is shown in flashback at the beginning of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.

The band's name is based on the 1994 Sega Genesis game Sonic & Knuckles
